Prices are subject to change without notice. All Internet prices are valid, only if purchased Online. All major credit cards accepted. All prices are plus shipping and handling, unless otherwise stated. FL residents add 7.00% sales tax. Please Allow up to 2 to 3 business days for shipping and handling on most items, and from 3 to 10 days for domestic UPS or FedEx delivery. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping but is subject to a $10 - $25 cancellation charge.

RETURN POLICY
The original purchaser has a period of 30 days from purchase date to return purchased product for a refund, (with the exception of Gate Opener Control Boards), less shipping and handling, and 25% restocking fee, provided the merchandise is in new resalable condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging. Customer is responsible for return freight as well as the cost of original freight to them. All returns require a "RMA" - Returned Merchandise Authorization. All warranty books, videos, instructions manuals, parts and accessories must be included as well as the original box in which the item was shipped. To protect the original factory carton from any additional shipping damage, please place it inside another carton for return shipping. Please call for the correct return address and a RMA number before attempting a return. Unauthorized returns, returns to the manufacturers warehouse, and returns without an RMA number, will be refused.

WARRANTY ISSUES

All warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer, GTO, Inc. and are governed by GTO Inc.'s warranty policy. GTOŽ Gate Openers and accessories are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period designated by the company based on product type and model, from the date of purchase, provided the recommended installation procedures have been followed. Please contact GTO, Inc. at   800-543-1236 for technical assistance or warranty related problems.

MISCELLANEOUS

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Gate Openers, Inc. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.  Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Gate Openers, Inc. products) must be commenced within 6 months after the claim or cause of action arises. Gate Openers, Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Gate Openers, Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
